The British Universities Karting Championship, or the BUKC as it’s more affectionately known, is a privately ran, national karting championship using 2-stroke TKM karts, supplied by Club 100, the pioneers in Arrive and Drive 2-stroke karting.

Teams from universities all over the country race at some of best karting venues in Britain. Over 50 teams compete in the main championship, whilst those teams which fail to qualify are able to take part in a rookie championship.

The University of Birmingham is well established in the series, fielding an A and a B team in the main 2013 championship and a third C team in the rookie championship.

More information can be found at the BUKC website.
