Welcome to the UBMRC website, home of the University of Birmingham's FASTEST society.

The University of Birmingham Motor Racing Club, set up by Andy Robinson to fill a gaping hole in the University society list, has established itself as one of the most entertaining clubs the University of Birmingham has to offer.

We aim to allow our members to take part in a range of activities, right the way from full on, countrywide karting competitions, right down to club only events at local circuits. We also do other socials, as well as the all important bar crawls after most of the events.

Our main focus though is the BUKC, a privately run nationwide karting championship, using Club 100 2-stroke TKM karts, and competing against the likes of Loughborough, York, Oxford Brookes and Warwick, to name a few.

Come on in, everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
